Falling back into old habits
I found myself falling back in to old habits, COMFORT EATING! STOP! NO MORE! Comfort eating can be ok occasionally but when I find myself falling back in to old habits it's time to mane new ones instead. With the help of prayer and the happy co I've chosen to make better and new loved habits.
