Do you also find it shocking to have a dual income and still bring home so little.
While both my husband and I have what I feel are good wholesome and honorable jobs, making ends meet is terribly hard.
It seems like everyday I have thaughts of "Do I have to find a nother or different job?" 🤔 What if my choosen profession can't support medical and proper nutritional needs even though the profession feels like one of the most important professions!
TEACHING OUR NEXT GENERATIONS!
I have a substitute position currently and I even pray to get a full 40 hrs per week.
This is not guaranteed.
Why is this field payed so little and varied so greatly amongst state and counties and even other countries?
Are Teachers expected to take out private practices like doctors?
I've begun a long road to better myself and for the children placed in my care, by starting back to college to get my teaching license if an area I see the greatest need in the State I live.
My path feels hard but comfortable.
I've been praying about it alot. 🙏
Every part of me tells me I'm on the right Journey.
Even when I'm wrestling with thaughts.
Im turning to Jesus in prayer, for guidance and provision.
My Journey is not on my time line. There is a Plan.
I'm sure all you teachers can relate.
Please remember to take a moment to pray and take part in making a voice that teachers are important.
They should not have to feel they need to be pulled from there healthy profession just because of

WHY?...WHY NOT!
(Because, Sometimes it's good to just say it and get it OFF your chest!)
