When Life Turns Crazy

Hurricane 🌀 IAN 2022 walked in and out with a vengeance of which I have never experienced before!

It was scary and crazy all at the same time. It has brought out the best & a few showed the worst in people.

We are always in the cone of uncertainty down here as hurricanes tend to be a regular occurrence.

Homeowner adjusters, FEMA inspectors, and State and Federal guidelines with each program feel like several full-time jobs.

We experienced structural cracking damages at 53.21%

Our large travel trailer claimed a total loss ..... Booo! it was 33ft with extra sliders (We loved it for so many years and so many memories)😭

Jeep and truck were scheduled to be in the shop one after the other. Both were expected to be double the repair time needed, because, simply IAN damaged or killed about what feels like most of the vehicles in southern Florida.

2 years later, still, So much work to be done...

Jeep will never be the same. still so many hoops to jump through with home repairs.

Some contractors are NOT nice!

Unexpected upcoming court procedures to deal with NOT nice contractors that caused almost as much damage as the storm.

(Never in a Million years did we think we would ever have to take anyone to court in our lifetime!)

With Multiple named storms that God has Blessed us Safely through since 2022, we be cutting fallen and broken trees for at least a few more years. still from Ian.
