... Let's start with the EGG!
1st off: That's a Great Choice!
One of my favorites! š

(And unless you are Allergic,
The egg is a well-used ingredient in the keto to low carb lifestyle)
2nd: The egg is low carb
(Roughly I believe only 0.6 carb each cuz' egg sizes vary)
3rd: The egg can be made or used in almost unlimited ways and it makes a very filling healthy meal when you want one.
