My Journey takes baby steps!
I am being taught daily that my Journey will not ever happen overnight & will not always be easy.
BUT! My Journey does Not have to be Hard or Overwhelming!

Start with tiny baby steps...
Learn yourself, and think about what you want to accomplish...
Me, I needed:
1)better health
2) Major weight loss
3) self-esteem
4) self-love & healing
(What I call "Build myself a backbone!" My life needed to stop being dictated by my surroundings, overwhelming feelings, others' opinions & circumstances.)
I felt broken! like a submissive broken animal under an abusive trainer. Always giving up for fear of a worse punishment.
*Make a Journal or write random notes of tiny steps to take....
Ideas, wants, daily affirmations.

*I started with reading 📚
(I like reading and learning so I read everything I could about the keto lifestyle)
* I found tiny guides or reminders to help me, like charts & easy look-up food lists.
Daily quotes & prayers to uplift.
*Trial & error I tested my taste buds
(sometimes, epically failing 🤮 But several wins too🏆)
* look for accountability tricks,
*Find an accountability partner

(someone with similar needs as you)
*Use a phone app
(I use carb manager)
*a daily planner
( I'm not consistent but I do use a monthly planner)
"WHY? ...WHY NOT!"
( Cuz' I have been Given the Power over me! 😉 )
