Keto lasagna!
Cheese,meat, zucchini & spinach layers

1)I make a very meaty thick spaghetti sauce with mushrooms.
2)Lasagna cheese mix (mix in a big bowl Ricotta, cottage cheese, shreaded 5 or 6 Italian cheese mix, 5 eggs, garlic, parsley, basil, black pepper and a touch Himalayan pink salt )
Layer in a greased deep Lasagna pan
1.Cheese mix
2. chopped spinach (squeeze dry or use fresh )
3. Zucchini slices
4.meat sauce (a thick layer)
5. Zucchini slices
6. chese mix
7. top with shreadedmozzarella
(hint, pat dry the Zucchini slices before layering)
Bake uncovered at 350 aprox 90 min.
If top cheese turns darker tan torn temp down to 325
Pull out Then let sit about 15 min.
*You will want to line lower oven grate with tin foil for over spill messes
**This will be juicier then Lasagna with noodles this is normal & messy sometimes when serving*
